Experiences That bring you back to your senses

At Sacred Trees, we meet you where you are. Barefoot in the sand. Grounded in the forest.
Salt air or tree cover — whatever it takes to trade the noise of everyday life for a little space to remember who you are

Come to your senses. Literally.

Somewhere along the way, “fine” became a full-time personality. Your nervous system is tired. You’re tired. Let’s fix that.

Sacred Trees retreats are for women who are deep in the messy, magnificent middle of life — hormones shifting, priorities shifting, patience for nonsense at an all-time low. Retreats for the ones who haven’t had a full breath (or a full thought) to themselves in years. We’re talking barefoot-in-the-dirt, breathe-on-purpose, eat-something while actually tasting it, kind of reset. Forest walks that aren’t a workout. Movement that isn’t a punishment. Food that isn’t an afterthought. And a circle of women who get it, without you having to explain it.

Come trade group texts for tree cover, trade multitasking for actually tasting your food, and trade “I should really meditate” for lying under an actual tree until your shoulders unclench.

I know exactly how far 'I'm fine' can carry you before you need something more." — Anne Cochrane, Founder

For over 25 years I have been an entrepreneur, mother, lifelong cyclist, a therapist, and now the founder of Sacred Trees Retreats and Experiences.

I am so excited to bring everything I’ve learned along the way into one place – the therapist who knows and understands what a dysregulated nervous system feels like, the cyclist who knows what it feels like to heal through movement, and the woman who knows exactly how far “I’m fine” can carry you before you need something more.

Curated Experiences that get you from "I'm Fine" to "I remember who I am"

Somewhere between "I'm fine" and "I remember who I am," there's a whole journey — and that's what we're here for. Sacred Trees specializes in retreats for women, built specifically around what it means to reconnect with yourself. But everyone needs a reset sometimes, and the woods shouldn't discriminate — so we also offer experiences and retreats open to everyone looking for the same way back to themselves.
However you find us, the approach is the same: experiences that bring you back to your senses — back to remembering who you are and where you want to go. Maybe that's a retreat built to reset your nervous system. Maybe you're a mountain biker (or want to become one) who just wants to ride, get a little scared, get a little dirty, and feel like a kid in the woods again — because fun and fear both live in the body, and either one can bring you home to it. Or maybe you just want to gather with others, grab your bikes, and get gloriously lost in the woods for a few days. Whatever it looks like, it's here — women's retreats at the heart of it, with room for everyone else who needs a reset too.
